Dealing with feelings 365 days later

22-1-2010

We would not usually post something this personal, but we believe it is pivotal for the project's integrity.

We have been through a lot this past year. Perhaps not a sole catalyst, but definitely a big moment of shift in everyone's lives, was the loss of our friend. I know that they would have wanted for us to keep going strong, and we have been trying to do our best. But things get messy eventually.

We have come to the conclussion that we have lost a foundational and supporting pillar in this project, someone who we would not be here without. We really miss them. Feelings aside, the project has come to a stagnant point, where we do not believe that, as we stand right now, we'll be able to keep up as we used to do in regards to upkeep and updates. Do not get us wrong! This is not the end of StoChaStick, we will still do some spring cleaning here and there, but things might stay a little leveled on our end.

Don't let this discourage you! Please keep doing what you are doing, without you, we would not be here.
